Some of you may know me as ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=92.2){kind=small} dash_ignition (since it IS my username and all :P), but most of my friends refer to me as "Vi." I'm currently a 18 year old film student who has fallen in love with the Japanese culture. I'm not very used to LJ to be honest, but I created this community in order to have sort of a portfolio of projects that I've worked on during high school and throughout college. Originally one of my goals for these projects was to test my Japanese (reason being I'm definitely not fluent, yet. so there's a disclaimer for 'ya); however, after my first project received such a positive response, I felt more and more compelled to create subs or translations in order to help those who cannot understand Japanese. And, perhaps in the process of doing so, also open the door to a whole new world of Japanese culture. . | |
